Use the powerful logging options in Adobe OnLocation™ CS5 when working with tapeless cameras, even during recording: Simply tell Adobe OnLocation which shot is currently recording and then enter notes, comments, and additional metadata. When clips are copied from the tapeless camera, Adobe OnLocation automatically merges the information.

Finding content on tapeless cameras is easy because the Media Browser shows you the clips, with no extraneous files. Customize your view of metadata associated with the content. Open clips and image files in the Source Monitor directly from the Media Browser panel. And now, the Media Browser is also available in Adobe OnLocation.

Panasonic P2 export
Export content in Panasonic P2 format, either to P2 media for use in a P2 workflow or to hard disk for archiving.
DPX file import and export
Work with DPX frame sequences as footage in Adobe Premiere Pro. Full control over parameters like black point, bit depth, and log/linear space allows nondestructive changes to be made at any time in production. Import and export files that have timecode data embedded within a DPX frame sequence, allowing for even more control when working with the DPX format.
